Western Plank Salmon
Ingredients: Western Cedar Grilling Plank, salmon fillet, olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice, melted butter
Directions:
- Lightly brush olive oil on top side of plank.
- Place salmon fillet on plank skin down.
- Brush melted butter on fillet.
- Season fillet with garlic salt, pepper, and some lemon juice.
- Coat the fish with melted butter a few minutes before removing from the grill.
